Recent Advances in Simulation and Modeling delves into the world of statistical analysis, modeling, and simulation. Using R programming, Python, and other mathematical techniques, the volume equips readers with both fundamental and advanced statistical approaches and introduces them to cutting-edge techniques in simulation and computation.

The book discusses advanced simulation and modeling techniques to create the artificial population and their characteristics to get empirical results for the performance of statistical methods, techniques that are helpful tools for the evaluation of newly proposed methods and comparison purposes. These techniques help to predict the performance of existing as well as new statistical models and methods and help in identifying trends, relationships among variables, and in making predictions for the raw data and artificial data.

This book covers data analysis with R programming to understand and analyze large amounts of data. These tools are useful to find meaningful conclusions from raw and artificial data in less time. These tools also provide valuable information to make decisions for existing and new products, medicine, models, etc. in the market. Case study problems to deeply understand the statistics problem and contextual analysis are included.

Chapters introduce data analytics with R, random variables and probability distributions, multivariate analysis and distributions, statistical inference, random number generation, expectation-maximization algorithms and its recent advancements, linear regression models, methods for missing data, Bayesian survival analysis, machine learning with Python, and more.

The book will serve as a vital resource for students, researchers, data scientists, and professionals across various industries, including finance, healthcare, and technology. The practical examples and exercises are designed to enhance understanding and hands-on skills. Researchers will find the innovative models and techniques particularly valuable, while educators can use it as a comprehensive guide for teaching. Ultimately, this book is both a learning tool and a reference guide, encouraging readers to explore and apply the techniques in real-world scenarios.
