Mritunjay Rai, PhD, is currently working as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Electrical & Electronics Engineering at Shri Ramswaroop Memorial University, Lucknow, Barabanki, India. He has received his PhD from the Indian Institute of Technology (ISM), Dhanbad, in Electrical Engineering with a specialization in Image Processing; his Master of Engineering with distinction in 2013 from the Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra, Ranchi, in Instrumentation and Control; and his BTech in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Shri Ramswaroop Memorial College of Engineering and Management, Lucknow. Dr. Rai is an active researcher and has published several papers in SCI-indexed Q2 journals and at international and national conferences in his domain. Currently he is actively working over various statistical models to improve the efficiency of surveillance system.

Jay Kumar Pandey, PhD, is currently working as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Electrical & Electronics Engineering at Shri Ramswaroop Memorial University, Barabanki, India. Dr. Pandey completed his PhD and his MTech with specialization in Power Control (Instrumentation) and also earned his MBA in Finance and Marketing. His subjects of interest are related to artificial intelligence, biomedical and healthcare, image processing, machine learning, and renewable energy. He has 15 years of teaching and research experience and has published more than 30 research papers in national and international journals and conferences as well as book chapters and edited books from Wiley-IEEE, CRC Press, Nova Science Publishers, Taylor & Francis, Springer, and IGI Global, Bentham Science, Information Age Publishing, and Cambridge Scholars Publishing.
