He previously worked as Assistant Professor in the Department of Humanities, Social Sciences and Management, NIT Srinagar, and Assistant Professor in the Department of Management Studies, Cluster University of Srinagar (Jammu and Kashmir). Dr. Baba has two books to his credit and has published papers in journals of national and international (Scopus/SSCI indexed) journals and has presented papers at national and international conferences. He has also attended many workshops, seminars, and conferences. He has remained associated with the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow (IIML) as a Project Fellow. He was selected for a prestigious Stipendium Hungaricum Scholarship in 2015 by the Tempus Public Foundation and University Grants Commission (UGC) for the PhD program at the University of Kosovar (a doctoral school for management and organization science), Hungary. Dr. Baba is a columnist for various newspapers, focusing on education. His areas of interest include organizational behavior, human resource management, leadership, and emotional intelligence. Dr. Baba holds a PhD in Management from the University of Kashmir and a master Chitra Krishnan, PhD Associate Professor of Human Resource Management & Behavioural Science, Symbiosis Centre for Management Studies, Noida (Constituent of Symbiosis International) (Deemed University), India Chitra Krishnan, PhD, is an Associate Professor of Human Resource Management & Behavioural Science at the Symbiosis Centre for Management Studies, Noida, India. She is a teaching professional with over 16 years of national and International experience. She possesses excellence in teaching and research. Before her academic career, she has worked in industry in various positions of responsibility. She has been actively involved in rigorous academic pursuits in the field of higher professional education to enhance skill sets that promote holistic development of learners. She has a number of publications in acclaimed journals at national and international level and has also participated in many national and international conferences. She is passionate toward writing and has five books to her credit with international publishers. She has been empanelled as a member of review committees for conferences and journals of repute. Her area of interest includes human resource management, organisation behaviour, talent management, diversity management, employee satisfaction, knowledge management, artificial intelligence, and emotional intelligence. Fatma Nasser Al-Harthy, PhD Assistant Dean for Students’ Affairs, University of Technology and Applied Science (UTAS), IBRA, Oman Fatma Nasser Al-Harthy, PhD, is working at the University of Technology and Applied Science (UTAS), IBRA, Oman, as Assistant Dean for Students’ Affairs. Her research interests are mainly in field of leadership, management, women’s studies, accounting and finance, and entrepreneurship and innovation. She has supervised research at The Research Council, Oman, under the Faculty Mentored Undergraduate Research Award Program. Dr. Fatma is a member of several research programs in Oman, such as the Directorate General of Health in Sharqia Region Committee and the HR Research Agenda of technical education, Oman. Dr. Fatma has published various papers in Scopus journals as well as in proceedings of international conferences. She has held several workshops regarding how to write a good literature review for UTAS business students and delivered workshops on leadership to other higher educational institutions in Oman.
