His current research interests include cloud computing, mobile computing and networks, distributed systems, and fault-tolerant computing. Dr. Lin received his MS degree in computer and information science from National Chiao Tung University, Hsinchu, Taiwan, and his PhD degree in electrical engineering from National Taiwan University, Taipei, Taiwan. Elngar, PhD, is the Founder and Head of Scientific Innovation Research Group (SIRG) and Assistant Professor of Computer Science at the Faculty of Computers and Artificial Intelligence, Beni-Suef University, Beni-Suef, Egypt, where he is also a Director of the Technological and Informatics Studies Center (TISC), Faculty of Computers and Information. Dr. Elngar has more than 25 scientific research papers published in prestigious international journals and over five books covering such diverse topics as data mining, intelligent systems, social networks, and smart environment. Dr. Elngar is a collaborative researcher. He is a member of the Egyptian Mathematical Society (EMS) and the International Rough Set Society (IRSS). He also received Best Young Researcher Award (Male) (under 40 years), Global Education and Corporate Leadership Awards (GECL–2018). Dr. Elngar participates in many activities in the community and in environmental services, include organizing workshops hosted by universities in almost all the governorates of Egypt. He has also organized a workshop on smartphone techniques and their role in the development of visually impaired skills in various walks of life.
