Dr. Prabhas C. Sinha had his M.A., M. Phil., and Ph. D. Degrees from Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU), New Delhi, India. He was awarded the national JRF/SRF fellowship after qualifying the National EducationTest (NET). He has also completed an intensive "Diploma in Conflict Resolution" programme from Uppsala University, Sweden. He was awarded the prestigious Post-Doctoral Fellowship by the US Congress funded East-West Center, Honolulu, Hawaii, USA.
